The first month of the Ruby on Rails school 2018 by Burning Buttons has come to an end.
It was the most difficult. Of course, students are used to study, but Ruby on Rails school is different from the usual learning formats and it is as close as possible to real work processes. We are building a workflow similar to working on commercial projects so that the trainees understand their level of responsibility: the mentor distributes tasks to them, sets deadlines, reads reports and carefully checks completed tasks.
It is nice to see how our interns are growing at the same time in technical and personal directions. There are even more exciting and non-trivial tasks ahead. We wish the guys good luck!
