Neilson Active Holidays is a leisure and travel platform that operates as an award-winning tour agency. Their core service — providing end-to-end activity holidays worldwide with unique Neilson experience. It engages in delivering BeachClub, Ski & Board and Sailing holidays for the whole family.

Idea
The development team and the UI team had to analyze how to develop an easy to use a system for clients of all ages where they can plan their holidays in advance. After extensive analysis in which much attention was paid to creating a user-friendly interface, the user stories with detailed functionality and UI were sent to the development stage.

MyNeilson is the all-in-one booking management system where you can see, manage and edit all data about your booking. MyNeilson provides an easy way for it through your personal account. You can see flight dates and possible changes, pay flexible for a vacation, book spa treatments, enroll a child in the Kids Club, choose bar menus and interesting activities, etc.

Now it's easy for clients to monitor their expenses, pay right away or split payments, and receive notifications of payment terms.
Resort Magazine
Information about all extra facilities of the resort (sport, spa & food) is displayed right on the personal account, no pdf downloads.
Shortlist
Shortlist provides the possibility to save favorite holidays in order to have quick access to them and compare them.
Due to Kids Club feature, parents can rest easy. They can book Kids Club extra for their child in advance. All necessary information about the child is contained in a special paper-free form.
