Third month of the Ruby on Rails school

Do you remember that we are doing the Ruby on Rails school by Burning Buttons? Our interns held their first demo today. It has been two months since the start of school. The interns managed not only to study all the necessary theory, to test their knowledge in practice but also to start writing test projects. Each intern chose a subject area and a task area. The intermediate result of work on projects was demonstrated to experienced colleagues. The guys received useful feedback and outlined a plan for further work. They will have to work hard because the final defense of the projects will take place after a month. We believe in our interns and wish them good luck!

The Ruby on Rails School

The first month of the Ruby on Rails school by Burning Buttons has come to an end. It was the most difficult. Of course, students are used to study, but Ruby on Rails school is different from the usual learning formats and it is as close as possible to real work processes. We are building a workflow similar to working on commercial projects so that the trainees understand their level of responsibility: the mentor distributes tasks to them, sets deadlines, reads reports and carefully checks completed tasks.
