Neilson Holidays
Neilson provides special offers for active summer and winter holidays, but the website of the company had looked pretty boring. So the main goal of the project was to refresh the platform by rethinking and redesigning both UI and UX, making it more in tune with the company's vision and values. As a result we got rid of the heavy forms (both visually and logically), added several essential blocks (such as Company's description, Feedback, Recommendations etc), which made our client look more reliable in customers' eyes, and completely rebuilt the company's blog. Together we brought a vivid look to the platform, that prompts clients to book their new adventure at Neilson's. Among others, we also speeded up the page load time and added an option to save users' data while filling out long forms, which drastically improved user experience and increased the number of leads.

My Neilson
The service for managing hotel reservations and getting additional information about the resort. This service is actually a part of the bigger project – the whole Neilson platform, but due to its complexity and importance it was developed separately. Previously the management platform was not really friendly – users had to download loads of PDF-documents, separately search for additional infos on their hotels, receive tons of confirmation/ notification emails. We completely redesigned the UX, and built a fully fledged management service, where users are able not only to look through their orders and reservations but also get more info on the resorts without downloading brochures (now – pop-ups), find actual weather reports without leaving the website, have all messages in one place directly on the platform, create shortlists of different resorts to compare and finally change preferences at any time! By the way, now users are able not merely to make payments but also monitor their expenses all the way from A to Z.

Love Volunteers
Web application, which connects partners who provides volunteering programs and volunteers all over the world. The main idea of the platform is to match volunteers with the ones who need them. Partners provide info on different programs so that future volunteers can choose something that matches their expectations. We built an advanced search, for users to set up several filters and find the best option faster. A user can ask questions in the support chat or just go through current reviews, the feature that we built in to enable people to share their personal experiences. When the right volunteering program is found, the user can start the application process. We made it easy and painless through the advanced notification system, safe data exchange, online payments and automatic system of invoices - all of these and many more other features help applicants all the way through. Lovevolunteers – by BB with Love.

Ellen G. White Estate
Media library about Ellen Gould White and the Seventh-day Adventist Church. Ellen G. White Estate used to be a huge and an extremely user-unfriendly platform, where various info on Ellen White and the Seventh-day Adventist Church was stored. The main problem was that the info was uncategorised, which made any search a real challenge for users. We created an absolutely new platform with advanced search options (with numerous filters and sorters, highlighted keywords/ phrases in PDF documents in search results), easy navigation through the website, a dashboard where users can manage selected content, a reading mode with machine translations via Google API. Among other features, we developed a custom audio player and built in several doc-viewers to enable work with documents in different formats. Current UX facilitates interaction with the website and provides an easier access to the information on it.

Digital Genius
AI-powered customer service automation platform. It helps to understand the customers' inquiries, based on their existing CRM data, and then drives end-to-end automated resolutions through the APIs. Our mission was to build the front-end of the FlowBuilder – a service, by means of which the workflow can be actually created. We developed a dashboard and fully visualized the work of AI-bots, so that users can easily construct and manage their customer journeys using these three simple options: 1) Pull reusable pieces of business-specific logic from customer support cases, called actions; 2) Add new actions into flow charts, called journeys; 3) Edit your actions and tweak ways of resolving your repetitive tickets to reply to your customers in the best way possible. Ultimately we provided our client with DevOps services and prepared them for the Security Compliance Audit.

Mealz
A recipe platform that empowers people to discover and share recipes, create virtual cookbooks and plan meals. When the client approached us, he had been dissatisfied with the interface design at hand and we completely rebuilt the platform. We began with a solid UX-research putting an emphasis on the product's functionality. As a result we completely changed the design, came up with a brand-new logo and built a piping user experience. That not only made product look fresh and up-to-date but also totally improved its quality. We created an advanced functional search (by category of recipes and by ingredients), added a shopping list and an option to print out your own cookbook, thus users got a comprehensive tool to build up and manage their meal plans like real pros. The ones who were writing a blog on that platform got an opportunity to design and customize their posts using the wide range of text formatting tools, which totally boosted their social media ratings. We in our turn got immense pleasure by contributing to the product that changes the users' lives for the better

For Business
Software that allows marketers and manufacturers to create and manage digital identities for physical products. With its help users can save all digital records of each produced unit and track it through the supply chain and thereby always be aware of the product's life cycle. The software stores all online records for each of the products & SKUs and it can be linked to the warehouse management system. It also provides advanced scan analytics and analytics of items that have been produced and shipped. We created a QR-code generator to make it easier to get access to all the info on the product - if you printed out a QR-code on your product, your customers can just scan it and know where the product was produced, how it was delivered, etc. The interface of the software is fully customisable according to the company's preferences.

For Customers
The project also has its own mobile application for customers. It's very useful for those who care about the products they buy. You're able to sign in with your social media account and start using the app right away. Our design solution: It's easy to scan QR codes printed on a product packaging. Customers can read information about company that produces selected product. The app allows to see full supply chain from date and place of manufacture to the last destination. Customers can leave feedback about a product and afterwards get a reply from manufacturer. You're able to add photos of products and share them with your friends. There is an opportunity to create lists and organise scanned products in a convenient way.

Altling
Smart Social Platform for gamers offering state of the art features to enhance digital interactions. With the help of a specific system of likes users are able to stress their like or dislike using a wide range of reactions and super reactions. Platform's also got user ranking system with privileges (special smiles, moods, abilities) — some of the coolest abilities are casting a fireball on your opponent (avatar goes on fire), healing and turning someone into a frog (an avatar with a frog appears).

Picking Duck
An online marketplace for sports pick information that also allows users to make money selling their own sports knowledge. The client approached us with a great idea and our role was to develop an app for this start up from scratch. We made a research and came up with an user-friendly UX, which included all the necessary roadmaps, but still remained simple and feasible. A user is able to bet on the game before it starts or while it's going on, there is also an option to bet on the specific time period (like half or quarter). We created a leaderboard and a comprehensible statistics, so that a user can always keep track of his success.
