The main idea of the platform is to match volunteers with the ones who need them. Partners provide info on different programs so that future volunteers can choose something that matches their expectations. We built an advanced search, for users to set up several filters and find the best option faster. A user can ask questions in the support chat or just go through current reviews, the feature that we built in to enable people to share their personal experiences. When the right volunteering program is found, the user can start the application process. We made it easy and painless through the advanced notification system, safe data exchange, online payments and automatic system of invoices - all of these and many more other features help applicants all the way through.
