Burning Buttons LLC ("we", "us", "our") respects the privacy of every visitor. This policy explains what data we collect, why, and how we handle it.
What we collect
Contact form submissions (name, email, optional phone, message), basic request metadata (IP address, user-agent, referrer) and a language preference cookie. We do not run third-party analytics or advertising trackers.
How we use it
Lead data goes to our sales pipeline (Postgres-backed, accessed by founders only). Metadata is used for rate-limiting, anti-spam and debugging. Language cookie remembers your preferred locale.
Retention
Lead records are kept indefinitely so we can pick up old conversations. Request metadata is dropped after 90 days.
Sharing
We do not sell or share personal data. Cloudflare is our CDN/edge provider; their privacy policy applies.
